Pricing your time without the awkward

Setting a price for your time can feel uncomfortable. You don't want to undercharge or overthink every quote. The goal is to make pricing clear, consistent, and easy for clients to say yes to.

Start with a baseline: what do you need to earn per hour (or per project) to make this work? Then add margin for value, urgency, and demand. Calenzi's dynamic pricing lets you adjust for peak times or last-minute bookings without having to explain each number. The system shows one clear price; you set the rules behind it.

The other half is communication. Put your rates on your booking page. Offer a short discovery call at a fixed price so serious leads self-select. When the number is visible and the process is simple, "how much do you charge?" stops being awkward and becomes a non-issue.
