Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Calenzi ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Calenzi provides an AI-powered scheduling, time management, and booking platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where feasible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
3. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights
- Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or others' systems or data
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our consent
- Use automated means to scrape or overload the Service
- Interfere with the integrity or availability of the Service
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or others.
5. Payment and subscription
Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or yearly). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewals until you cancel. Price changes will be communicated in advance and apply to subsequent billing periods. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Intellectual property and data
We own the Service, including software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data to provide and improve the Service, in line with our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights to provide any data you submit.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calenzi and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calenzi and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.
11. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Calenzi regarding the Service. We may modify these Terms; we will post changes and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
